Our story
Fourteen years, one completed project at a time
Mirza Reeder Group Ltd was established in 2012 as EXIN Ltd, founded by Naeem Mirza. From the outset the business grew the way good construction businesses do — one completed project at a time. Residential developments, commercial refurbishments, retail fit-outs and hospitality projects across London and the South East, delivered to a standard that earned the next recommendation.
Over fourteen years that approach built the company's greatest asset: a reputation for doing what it said it would do.
In 2026 the business entered a new phase. Roger Reeder joined as an equal shareholder and Director, bringing commercial management, strategic planning and business development experience from major international projects. The company was restructured as Mirza Reeder Group Ltd.
The change of name reflects a change of ambition. The business is building the systems, governance and management structure required to operate as a principal contractor on larger and more technically demanding projects — while keeping the values that got it here.
We are not trying to be the largest contractor in our market. We intend to be one of the most respected.
