About us

Construction. Civil Engineering. Developments.

Experienced leadership and integrated project delivery across the UK and internationally.

Our story

Built on experience. Focused on delivery.

Established in 2012, Mirza Reeder Group is a multidisciplinary construction, civil engineering and development company operating across the UK and internationally.

We provide experienced leadership and a coordinated approach throughout every stage of a project — from feasibility, planning and design through to procurement, construction, completion and handover.

Our construction division delivers design and build, new-build, refurbishment and fit-out projects. Our civil engineering capabilities include roads and infrastructure, groundworks, drainage, reinforced concrete, hard landscaping, resurfacing and enabling works.

Through our developments division, we identify and unlock opportunities in land and property, managing the complete journey from initial concept through to successful delivery.

Our Values

What we hold to

Integrity

We do the right thing, even when nobody is watching. Our reputation is worth more to us than any single contract.

Quality

Quality is not inspected into a project. It is designed, planned and built in.

Relationships

We value long-term partnerships above short-term gain. Our ambition is relationships that last decades, not contracts that last months.

Our leadership

Experienced leadership. Clear accountability.

A complementary leadership team bringing together operational, technical, commercial and development expertise.
