Who else processes data

• Website hosting — our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and to deliver the site.
• Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests files from Google when the page loads.
• Enquiry delivery — when you submit the enquiry form, the details you provide are passed to our email delivery provider so the message can reach our inbox.
• Spam protection — the enquiry form uses an anti-spam check that confirms submissions come from a person rather than an automated system.
• Email — enquiries are received and stored in our business email system.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet normal business and legal record-keeping requirements, then deleted.
